Compound Submission

COMAS offers a collaborative platform that connects chemistry with biology, enabling new scientific partnerships. We welcome academic synthesis groups to contribute novel compounds to the COMAS compound library. Submitted compounds should have a purity of ≥95%. All academic compounds will undergo morphological profiling at no cost using our Cell Painting assay (learn more). If sufficient material is provided (1 mg or 200 µL of a 10 mM DMSO stock), compounds may also be included in upcoming high-throughput screening campaigns. All resulting biological activity data will be shared with the contributing group. We ensure the proper storage of all submitted compounds (−20°C, 100% DMSO, under argon) and can distribute them in multiple formats to other groups as needed. Compounds may be submitted as dry powders or 10 mM DMSO solutions, accompanied by structural information in SMILES or SD format. If required, compound structures will be handled with full confidentiality.
