Compound Collections
COMAS hosts a HTS library consisting of 100.000 low molecular weight compounds. This diverse collection covers a broad chemical space, with physico-chemical properties optimized for bioactivity. Furthermore, up to 40.000 additional compounds, e.g., different specialty collections of FDA-approved drugs, sp3-rich compounds, natural products or kinase inhibitors can be addressed. This includes nearly 20.000 proprietary compounds which were collected from academic labs from different German and International research institutes. COMAS can also access more than 130.000 additional compounds from the collaboration partners of TU Dortmund and Lead Discovery Center.
